At 9AND3 Wheels, we take pride in delivering high-quality, forged aluminum wheels. We back our products with the following limited warranties, applicable to the original purchaser.
Structural Warranty
Coverage:
- 3 years against structural defects under normal and intended use, including manufacturing flaws.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by accidents, road hazards, off-road use, or improper installation.
- Wheels modified or altered in any way.
- Use of wheels on vehicles exceeding their load capacity.
Finish Warranty
Coverage:
- 1 year for defects in the finish, including painted and clear-coated surfaces.
Exclusions:
- Damage from abrasives, improper cleaning agents, road salts, or neglect.
- Normal wear, such as fading or discoloration over time.
Clear Coat Disclaimer for Machined Wheels:
Clear coats on machined surfaces are particularly sensitive to environmental factors. Regular maintenance is critical to preserving the finish. We recommend:
- Limiting or avoiding exposure to harsh cleaning agents, automatic car washes, and road salts.
- Cleaning wheels regularly with pH-balanced soaps and soft microfiber cloths.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Tires, labor costs, mounting, balancing, or consequential damages.
- Wheels purchased as blemished, discontinued, or “as-is.”
- Corrosion or surface damage due to improper storage.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall 9AND3 Wheels be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of time, labor, vehicle damage, or other indirect costs associated with defective wheels.
Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your wheel qualifies for warranty coverage:
- Contact us at 9and3wheels@gmail.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Photos of the wheel and the defect.
- Vehicle details, including year, make and model.
- Claims will be evaluated by our team. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Note:
- Warranty claims may require returning the defective wheel for inspection. Shipping costs are not covered.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns — All Sales Final
Every set of 9AND3 Forged Wheels is built on a made-to-order basis to each customer’s vehicle specifications. Forging blanks, materials, and production capacity are committed to your order with our manufacturer immediately upon order placement.
All orders are final at the time of purchase. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Changes to your vehicle, build direction, or budget.
- Sale, trade, or loss of the vehicle the wheels were ordered for.
- Delays in production or shipping.
- Fitment concerns arising from specifications provided or approved by the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order is a binding, non-cancellable purchase of custom-manufactured goods. Payment in full (or any deposit) is non-refundable from the moment your order is placed. This applies before renderings are issued, before specifications are finalized, and before visible production begins, because materials and manufacturing capacity are committed to your order on day one.
- Rendering approval is a specification confirmation step only. It is not a cancellation window, cooling-off period, or opportunity to withdraw from your order. Spec adjustments requested during the rendering stage are accommodated at our sole discretion and may result in additional charges or extended lead times.
- Lead times are estimates. Standard lead time is 7–8 weeks and rushed lead time is 5 weeks from spec approval. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or discount.
- Warranty is the sole post-delivery remedy. Manufacturing defects are addressed exclusively under the Structural and Finish Warranties described above.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. Because our products are custom made-to-order and this policy is agreed to at checkout, any chargeback or payment dispute filed in violation of this policy will be contested in full. We will submit this policy, your order confirmation, your checkout acknowledgment, all communications, rendering approvals, and manufacturer commitment records to your card issuer as evidence. Customers remain responsible for the full order amount regardless of dispute outcome.
